Agreement to Terms

By using CityCrew Haverhill Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Service Description

We provide towing and roadside assistance services in Haverhill, MA and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, and other related services. Service availability and pricing may vary based on location, time, and specific circumstances.

Payment and Fees

You agree to pay all fees for services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as available. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, long-distance towing, or specialized equipment needs.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have authorization to request towing for the vehicle. You are responsible for removing all personal items from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and location when requesting service.

Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every vehicle we tow, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues. Our liability is limited to damages directly caused by our negligence during the towing process. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

Vehicle Storage

If your vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees apply after the first 24 hours. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle within a reasonable time frame. We reserve the right to place a lien on vehicles for unpaid towing and storage fees as permitted by Massachusetts law.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel service after our driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel to help us minimize fees.

Insurance and Claims

CityCrew Haverhill Towing maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide photos and documentation. Claims will be handled according to our insurance policy terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to our services will be resolved under Massachusetts law. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication.
